FAQ
How it all works.
How far in advance do I book?
On-site visits are usually scheduled a few weeks or more ahead, and shorter notice is sometimes possible.
If you need something sooner, say so when you reach out and we'll see what's possible.
How does payment work?
The company covers it on one invoice.
We don't bill insurance.
How does an on-site visit work?
A company books on-site care for its team and covers it on a single invoice. You get a private booking link for your people, everyone claims their own time slot, and intake and consents are completed online ahead of time.
Each person treated is an individual patient of the practice. Their records stay with the practice and are never shared with the employer. You see how the visit was used, never anyone's health information.
Where do you go?
We serve St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa.
If you're just outside the area, ask anyway.
What happens at a visit?
The doctor arrives with the table and everything else the visit needs. All you provide is a bit of floor space. Every visit starts with how your body is moving that day, and the treatment follows from there.
Intake is completed online before your visit.
Do you take insurance?
No. The Motion Standard is a cash practice. All major cards are accepted.
Do you offer dry needling?
Yes, as an add-on when the assessment calls for it. You'll complete a specific consent for it during intake, and it is always your choice.
Who shouldn't book?
Anyone whose situation needs emergency care, such as new severe injuries, suspected fractures, or neurological red flags, should be seen in an emergency setting first, not on a house call. When something is outside chiropractic scope, the doctor will say so and point you to the right care. That is part of what doctor-level means.
Anything we didn't cover, just ask.
